I can’t stress enough how pleased I have been with Monica Merrill. Right from our first meeting, her expertise on the case’s material, her composed demeanor and private counsel with regard to proceedings, and then getting a decidedly acceptable settlement agreement despite limitations stemming from the case’s inherent challenges. As though that wasn’t enough, she didn’t stop there.
