I had a great experience, very professional.
Great service and very professional.
Worst experience ever. I’ve give zero stars if i could. Simply tried to get my 82 year old grandmother’s Last Will & Testament re written due to personal family issues, paid $100 for a consultation (understandable) only to try to explain to Ms.Kelly Jackson, on the phone, not in person… what was going on, giving her some personal insights, just so she could understand the situation (once again, we had just paid $100 to only talk on the phone) so I figured she would need to know some details. After I explained the situation, she replied “Umm, ok, you didn’t need to tell me all that, and if you decide, or don’t decide to hire me, it won’t hurt my feelings at all.” …umm, ok, whatever…well, I decided to still hire her and paid her $750 cash. Where to even begin with that situation, every time I either came to the office (if anybody was even there) or tried to call, or email, it was always a different person. I never quite knew who I was talking to or who was trying to answer my questions. We paid Ms.Jackson $750 in July 2024, then had to fill out the same paperwork twice. I brought it to the office the first time, the second time, I paid to mail it in.(by this time, it was already Oct. 2024) No reponse/and excuses for months when I finally did get in touch with one of her assistants. I was over the situation after trying for 5 months (it was now the end of December) and
