We hired him for our father to get guardianship, after receiving his money, he proceeded to drag his feet and it took six months to get a court date for the guardianship. Unfortunately, our father passed away couple weeks before the court date, So our fathers wife, who stuck him in the nursing home and filed for divorce, and basically abandoned him, not visiting him, gets everything of his because Kurt Took it on himself to make the decision that there was No urgency , even though he knew our father was in a wheelchair and could not stand or walk and wearing diapers at the time. Kurt failed our father and us three boys because he couldn’t do his job in a timely manner. He is by far the worst Attorney that I ever have encountered. Save your money and get a different attorney.
