If I could put -5 stars I would. Judith Samson is a liar and she told me the courts agreed to a plea bargain, had me sign it, and then 2 months later said I guess the courts never agreed to the plea. My wife and I uprooted from across the country with the expectation of the plea we agreed to. We almost lost everything. She is completely dishonest. She has changed her responses several times on here.
Judith was completely dishonest with us. We had to fire her. She sent over a plea bargain on July 14th, 2023 that she said the DA agreed to this plea and then 2 months later on September 11th she advised us the DA didn’t agree to the plea. We have addressed the Bar Association for the misconduct and she is under review. She actually sent my husband the plea bargain and he signed it then she had the audacity to say almost 60 days later that the DA actually never agreed to the plea bargain. She even filed the plea with the courts without my husband being advised of his rights. We have everything in writing. Never did I ever make a false statement. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous the way you pressed us for money before the holidays last year. There was NO false statements as all of which we have documented. Judith has made several modifications to her reply on this review but the facts remain.She blatantly lied to us and she led us to believe that the DA agreed to the plea. She is dishonest and all her negative reviews on her are valid. Don’t rush into making any decision with this lawyer. READ THE REVIEWS CAREFULLY!!
