I rarely write reviews unless the business deems to be the very best. First, let me comment as a business owner: Jason and his team are second to none. I’ve worked with a slew of immigration attorneys over the years. Small firms to huge firms with hundreds of attorneys. Jason and his team is, by far, the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to hire. Recommended by a friend of a friend. It took me a year to reach out, so glad I did. I see another person gave a 1 Star review based on not hearing from him and not getting a fast response. One of the benefits but also the impact of being able to deal directly with Jason, is that when he’s extremely busy and has a lot of impending deadlines, he isn’t as quick to respond to an email or request. He prioritizes based on his clients upcoming visa deadlines or consulate visits. Rightfully so. In Jan, 2025 (the timeframe of the bad review), I, too, had difficulty getting in touch with him, but it was clearly due to a deluge of demand for him, and his team’s time during a government administration change and upheaval in the immigration world. I’ve been working with Jason and his team on a variety of projects, work visas and more. While there might be times you might not get the fastest response, what you get in return is absolutely dedicated, uninterrupted attention, phone calls, thorough emails, explanations, and dedicated review of documents that is as thoroughly handled as if he was completing the paperwork for one of his own family members. THIS is why I will not work with anyone other than Jason and his team at JTA Law. Just remember, if he’s giving you the dedication, time and attention that you deserve, it means he’s not looking at his emails or rushing to move to his next project or call. The same will be true when he is focusing on another client and not staring at your email or responding to you. He’s worth every fee that he charges and I appreciate the work he has done for me, my businesses and for my family. His firm is over 3000 miles from me, and 5 time zones – I won’t work with anyone else ever again.
Jason Abrams took my retainer and then refused to speak with me for more than a year. In my opinion, I don’t see how this isn’t stealing. And the craziest part, he was referred by a good friend of mine that lives in his town. If this is how he treats friends, ask yourself how he might treat you. Stay far far away. Unbelievable that he still has a bar license.
Jason is a great lawyer who has many years of experience, is knowledgeable in immigration law, and is with you every step of the way. Jason answered all of our questions quickly and in detail throughout the course of our case. I highly recommend.
