Joseph was hired by my sister-in-law to handle my in-law’s estate. Judge Halcomb had to send a letter to my SIL and him to remind them that the case/file was in rearage for finance and inventory (OVER A YEAR!) I wouldn’t say too good of an attorney. Then, knowing my husband was a beneficiary, he would ignore my husband’s phone calls, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD TO PAY HALF OF HIS ATTY FEES. He only worried about my SIL, as he knew she didn’t know what to do. His office sent documentation to our home with the wrong name TWICE! I would say, if you want to use them, go to Pat Lampe as she is the best!!!!
