Barely returned our calls, didn’t listen or help write our appeal that won our case. I appealed his payment and called to let him know. He called back bragging he will tie up our payments. Didn’t care I have communication and mental health issues or that it would hurt our family. He just continued to gloat and had my wife in tears, scared he was going to delay all our money. Just unprofessional and uncaring.
