A couple of years ago I was at a dealership in Santa Barbara to pick up a new car that I had purchased. The dealership has some outside steps that lead up to the showroom. I tripped on a step, fell down, broke my shoulder in three places and severely injured my breast. When the dealership downplayed my injuries and blamed me, I hired Jeffrey Young to represent me. We later found out that the steps were not up to code and other patrons had fallen and hurt themselves in the same location. The dealership had never corrected the problem. Jeff filed a lawsuit and settled my case in mediation to my complete satisfaction.
