James provided lousy services for our parents estate. His services were terminated by the adminitrator who also turned out to have ethical issus. It took about five years to have to estate finally disbursed. I never got a reason how my parents were able to change their will six days before they entered an assisted living facility. One parent had alheimers the other parent had demensia. I would also like to give a shout out to James daughter in law Doritza who was a notary during this time. Just because this guy has been in town for about four decades doesn’t mean that he is a good attorney.
