To say you can help me and had myself sign on with you, then drop me because your ‘doctors’ say my scars would be the same ‘either way’ when I had huge deep wounds, with home care visiting me everyday as a result of malpractice with the doctor admitting he should have done the procedure differently is outlandish. I noticed Rachel sounded like she didn’t want to take my case until her colleagues told her to initially, but I gave her the benefit of doubt. After I signed on I was advised via email, that someone would reach out to me in 1-2 business days, that was a lie. After 1 week I had to reach out to the firm via email for a status . Everything happens for a reason so I’m not complaining about this firm not taking my case. I am complaining about the level of unprofessionalism and mistreatment I have recieved with not even an apology for the mistreatment and unprofessionalism.
