I randomly picked Jackson & Oglesby Law LLC to file bankruptcy. I almost picked a firm I have seen on TV for years and after making comparison of personality and costs and talking to both being introduced to Stacey L Burkhard Sr., Paralegal and Office Manager was my my introduction into the best choice I could have made. On top of caring for an elderly Mom who was not doing well and being scared and ashamed that I was in a position I could not longer afford my credit cards and feeling as if I had failed, Stacey talked to me not for a few minutes or a few hours but for days explaining to me that my thoughts were wrong and I was being to hard on myself and that things like this happen and can’t be helped. If you are thinking about filing BR, you probably need to and you need to talk to this Law Firm, start out with Stacey. Don’t put it off!!! Stacey is very person, very informative, very professional, very comforting and I consider her a friend. After Stacey the same day I made the call I spoke to Attorney Michael Lee Jackson and no he wasn’t in the THRILLER Video, lol. Mr. Jackson like Stacey had to calm me down. This was a matter I was taking very seriously and personal without judgement on anyone but was judging myself. Don’t do it! Things happen and right now and what our Country is going through and no, doesn’t bother me to be political and I am concerned many Americans are going to be in need of some kind help and relief. It’s okay, take it. I dealt with a few others in the Law Firm but very briefly however I want to note that EVERYONE I spoke with at Jackson and Oglesby was more than friendly, comforting, understanding and helpful. Wow! How often does that happen any more? I will tell you also the amount I paid around 1600.00 maybe a little more was honestly 1000.00s of dollars less than other firms I saw online, on TV the others are rip offs and do not make it easy for you. I worked for an Attorney not a BR Attorney and there are many good ones you have to be cautious. People will screw you when you are down on yourself. Not this Law Firm. This Law Firm was very helpful, explained everything, did not push me. In my position I had to ask if I could make payments and I was allowed to do so. The balance has to be paid before the Bankruptcy is filed but that is more than fair and I was told not to break myself. They give a damn! I paid what I could and when I could each month. Pay it off as quick as you can and get it over with, you will feel better. I talk a lot can you tell? lol Meeting with the Attorney was made easy for me, if I had questions I called or emailed Stacey and she replied when she had time and most of those replies were immediate. If I had questions for Mike the Lawyer (one of them), I called. I was always treated politely. I was always treated respectfully and you need to give that respect back, always, in any situation. You have to offer respect to receive it. The entire situation was stressful for me with all that was going on but Jackson and Oglesby Law LLC went out of their way and made it as easy for me and as convenient for me as they could and I am forever grateful. Thanks for reading my ramblings. You are in my sincere thoughts and Prayers and you will be okay. Look, learn and listen to all that is going on from our Leadership in this country or so called Leadership. Attacking Americans, Attacking Vets, Attacking maybe you and threatening your job or assistance that you get or may need, attacking our Allies and literally kissing the ass of our enemies that want to harm us and do. You vote for whomever you choose to. Just be aware at this time, like last time AMERICA was not made great, nothing is being made great now we are losing our Country, our Democracy, our Freedoms, our Rights. AMERICA has always been great and will always be great if we don’t allow our country to become an Autocracy. Be mad at me. Remember God created the World, he created ALL OF US, every where.
