Says they keep all their video footage from the cameras surrounding their office and was told we would need the video evidence subpoenaed in order to gain access to said footage that they said would never be deleted for legal purposes and when the subpoena comes in for it they conveniently now do not have said footage ” it’s gone” they said hm leaves the mind to wonder.
Having my cdl and receiving 4 tickets and 1 being a felony criminal charge, all within months of getting my CDL, I was panicked. Doug had previously had 2 driving charges resolved with little to no impact on my driving record and I immediately called him to help me with this issue. Kim reassured me that they would do their best to make sure I kept my CDL and Doug didn’t hesitate to tell me the cold hard truth of the battle that lied ahead. When all was said and done, Doug was able to get all charges dismissed after I entered a guilty plea with a deferred disposition that would have reduced a reckless driving to an improper driving charge. I am more than pleased with Doug and Kim Fleenor both. I highly recommend them to anyone having any legal issues in the state of VA. Very punctual, professional, and experienced.
