Ivy is a condescending, rude individual . Absolutely no customer service experience. You’d think if your job is retaining clients, she sure does not care. People come in that office with very painful and probablely the most traumatic experiences in they’re life. She missed the mark by a mile. Treated me like a criminal and im certaily not. Certainly not a “for the people lawyer.” No symathy no prorates. I left after abput 30 min and they dont give partal deposits back. When every other law office does. So yea beware this woman she is not professional. And I would encourage anyone who’s had a negative experience to go online and make a complaint to the Louisiana Bar Association
I highly recommend MS. Graham! She was very efficient in my divorce. We started in March and was finished in June. She kept me updated throughout. Big shout out to her receptionist!!!! Sooo sweet and answered evey question to the best of her ability. I feel so bad , I can’t remember her name. ♀️She was awesome!
