Recently I got several calls on my cell phone for a person that I do not know. The caller read me a case number and told me to call the plaintiff, with turned out to be Caldwell and Associates.
I called the number provided and spoke with their legal team. They let me know that I would not be receiving any more calls. However, since then, I have received six more calls, and have called many offices to try to track down who is doing the calling…to no end.
I recently called this law office back and they insisted I was NOT getting calls and that the “process server” who called me did not have my number any longer. The gentleman who I spoke with was rude and talked over me while I was asking for very simple information. Eventually he hung up on me.
Terrible customer service and apparently, terrible manners.
