I have been making payments for the last 6 months with no issues. My issue with this office came when i was working with them to create a settlement/payoff. I was first told that i needed to speak to a specific representative . I dont remember her name but she was an older woman who had a British accent. She was so rude and nasty to me over the phone on the 4 occasions i spoke to her. She clearly did NOT want to work anything out with me, she had no communication skills and would not put in settlement offers that i was making and would make snarky little comments when i would try to work out a payment plan. I NEVER GOT ANYWHERE WITH THAT WOMAN SHE IS SO RUDE AND MONOTONE. Finally about 4 months later i called the office and spoke with a guy on the phone who was able to work with me and set up THE SAME payment plan/ terms i was trying to work out with that British lady. Basically i would have been making payments 4 months longer had this woman calmed down and worked things out. Instead I HAD TO WAIT 4 months to finally get someone on the phone with some empathy and business sense .i guess her wasting time is a great asset to what you guys are trying to accomplish
Recently sent these people a final check to settle my account. I enclosed this with a letter. The check was more than my monthly payment. The check was returned uncashed with a letter stating that the final amount was more than the agreement I signed. Why didn’t they cash the check and credit my account?
Calls me and tells me they cant tell me why they are calling me without me giving my social and other “identifying” things…
