Went in for a consultation with mom and they asked to copy her DL. I’ve never gone in for a consultation anywhere that asked for your ID. Tran saw that we probably weren’t going to use his service so he waived the $150. We had a lot of questions because we’re pretty ignorant (hence coming here) and he acted super dismissive and impatient. At the end he basically told us if we don’t pay $1650 today then he won’t service us in the future. We’re definitely not coming back, this isn’t rocket science I’d rather pay more for better attitude and service. Be careful don’t let your old Asian non English speaking parents for fall this trap I know he does a lot of advertising on Chinese radio.
Agreed with many others that office provided not just rude service, and unprofessional staffs included lawyer himself.
