Jessica B. Chalmers is the kindest, most patient person I have ever met. She had to deal with me in a very trying time in my life. Jessica took the time to make sure I understood everything she had done for my family and myself. There is not another person that I would want to handle everything for me. Patience and caring goes a long way. And she definitely did that for me.
Would give no stars if possible. Called twice left voicemail both times, two days in a row. Nothing in response. Terrible way to treat new clients.
