I had a custody dispute and I trusted she handle business because She’s a women and she wouldnt want a child to be fatherless, unsure if that was the case.
She is very unresponsive, she doesn’t answer questions. She said I send her a lot of messages. All of these are things I’m completely opposite of. I’m punctual, responsive and answer/welcome questions so I’d expect an attorney with decades of experience to.
She was late to an electronic court hearing and to add insult to injury, she didn’t have any paperwork ready which really confused me. She let the court rush off of like we were at a fast food restaurant even though it was supposed to take an hour. My child was supposed to be at that custody hearing he was not and she let that slide, I’m not sure if she even read anything I sent her.
Oftentimes I felt like all she did was file paperwork and that’s all. She was several thousands and I’m not sure if I got what I paid for. I had all of my eggs in a basket, I had document after document after phone call and it seemed like she ignored all of that when she is supposed to represent me.
After the court case everything she said she will be an extra cost, I felt dupped because the next sentence she was making it sound like she was about to do all this extra stuff like she couldn’t do it the initial time.
You are better off reading about child custody laws yourself because she leaves out so much information that’s important and won’t tell you anything, leaving you to do most the research yourself.
