Worst attorney I have ever had defend me in any case ever. I know public pretenders don’t work nearly as hard as paid lawyers but having to threaten your attorney to get up and ask some simple questions to a social worker. Then when I tell him that I am going to the NC State Bar to lodge a formal complaint he comes out with before you do that just fire me…..nope I won’t fire you I’ll make you quit first…..and so he stopped practicing law in Randolph County, was told today that he took a job with another county. Good thing for the clients some of us get a 2nd chance at a decent public defender. Or public pretender in Keith’s case.
Keith’s guidance was outstanding at all times; he was prompt, timely and open for calls and quick updates. Keith worked through all of the questions and issues in this case. My needs were put first and I was treated as a friend not a number.
