Horrible support from a lawyer. Never gave us any guidance on what we needed to do to help him present our case. Appeared at court 5 minute’s before our appointment with Judge, giving no guidance what so ever as to what to expect from the judge. After Judge decision lawyer dropped us without giving chance to appeal with a representation. Poorest Law Firm ever!!!
No help if it’s not an easy in and out case. Just another way for the government to get money back that they owe you. This firm just like the rest, only takes cases that are easy to fight and win. Won the first case without even going to court and this office still received half of what was owed to me. With no effort. I did all the foot work while the firm only read through the papers and made phone calls. I still wasn’t paid right and the social security office still has listed that I receive this income that I don’t.
My disability case was approved after one hearing before a judge with no appeal necessary. Mr Koch was thorough in helping me gather documentation for my condition and presented it very convincingly at my hearing. He’s honest, friendly, and I’d recommend Mr. Koch to anyone.
