I just experienced the most unprofessional experience with this attorney’s receptionist. I asked her questions concerning my son’s so-called paternity case. I mentioned that my son was not given a date to start CS payments and he needed that in writing. I told her that I am familiar with how CS cases go and they usually give you something in writing and she stated, “You’re from Louisiana and that’s how we do it in Oklahoma”. I went on to tell her that we were getting the NAACP involved and she laughed so loud in my ear! I knew then that she needed to be retrained on good telephone etiquette. She was rude and totally unprofessional! It speaks volumes and says a lot if Mr. Gungoll allows this kind of behavior as a representation of his business.
