I must say I know someone who is dealing with Jim at this moment in time and he is very unprofessional not at all what I would expect of a lawyer… if you want your case won then definitely keep looking elsewhere.. phone calls are spent with him charging you but simply saying bear with me I am reading.. he is no where prepared for anything.. you get upset with how horribly he handles anything he will yell at you to shut up and say stop yelling at me.. he show up to hearing stained suits hair disheveled looks like he just rolled out of bed.. I wouldn’t personally recommend him to anyone i know.. I don’t dislike anyone that much.. this person has been working with Jim for over a year and have got no where he won’t depose the one dr that would button up this whole case.. so if you want a win Guinn is not it
