Mr. Pesant portrays himself as someone he is not. The moment he received push back from the opposing counsel his advice was to take the deal and settle. Not someone you want defending you. He charged a 3,000 retainer fee and used only 1,300. Then had his assistant claim it was all used. His unwillingness to work my case and settle was unbelievable. I ended up firing him and retaining other counsel which completed the process for me.
