Ms Daniels would not return phone calls or respond to emails. She told me it would hold down cost. However, the bill ended up being $20,000. She subpoenad the same companys several times getting the same results which ran up the bill. It was a contested divorce but in checking and doing some research. I was told this is an extremely high amount to be charged. Two weeks before trial she told me she needed another seven thousand to call “Expert Witnesses”. In researching this I found out letter of affidavits would suffice. I asked her to withdrawal from my case. After she withdrew I received a phone call and email stating I would have to pay $200 for my personal medical records. This is free for a patient or about $0.12 a copy from most Dr office’s or hospitals. I had used her in the past but I would never use her again or refer her to anyone.
