After a smooth, quick closing on our new home last year, we contacted this firm for assistance with estate planning. I was referred to Russ Watson who answered my call, informed me of what info he would need to get the process started and let me know his fee. I promptly emailed the required info and that was the last I heard from Russ. I waited a couple of weeks and then left him a voicemail. After a couple more days, I contacted the office and asked that they leave him a message to call me to make sure he received my email and to see where he was at with my request. Still no response from Russ. After another week, I contacted the office and asked if there was someone other than Russ who could assist. She said the person (I’m not sure who) would call me back as they were on another call. It’s been another week and still no call back from this firm.

From the initial call back from the concerned message I had left to multiple meetings and phone calls this guy has shown me that he is smart, determined, confident and that he cares about his clients. He is so genuine! He has that, I can talk to you man to man and he has that I am a lawyer and I am going to represent you! This guy should be charging more than what he did or does and I hope his career only gets better! Thank you Ryan! Me and my son had a fun day at Launch Trampoline because of you!
