If you’re getting divorced, DO NOT hire Rick Godderz to represent you!!! He will charge you and not fight for you at all! He will not try to get you anything and that includes equal parenting time. If the party that’s being difficult says they will only allow 2 days for you to see your kid, Rick won’t fight for anything different. Oh and if you have a job, he will say, and I quote, “you’re lucky you’re even getting 2 days”. And then he will send you a bill for $8k and he didn’t get you anything!! He’s an absolutely unethical attorney that will absolutely not fight for his clients!!! Hire this man at your own risk!!
