Edwin Vardiman and his paralegal Tonya are an exceptional team. They are both highly knowledgeable about family law. Ed is truly someone you want in your corner. He fought for me to get my daughter back, he explained things to me in a way I could understand, he LISTENED and reassured me through one of the most difficult things I’ve ever gone through. They answered every call, question and email promptly throughout the almost 1.5 year battle. Did NOT fight for us. Me and my husband were hit as pedestrians by a motorcycle, in a crosswalk. Basically paid them $500 to file a claim with our auto insurance that we knew was going to be declined because the police report said we did not have the right of way. We retained this firm with them knowing the police report said we were at fault. Convinced us we had a really good case etc. Yet NOTHING was done to prove otherwise. Never even attempted to speak with the witnesses on the police report. Never tried to obtain body cam. I called the police myself and they said there aren’t any statements on record anywhere. The police that responded were not traffic police so there was NOT a typical investigation done. The officer who wrote the report is in the military and is deployed now. Spoke with my auto insurance company who said they didn’t have additional information either. My husband missed 5 1/2 months of work. I went to wound care for months because of my injuries. Now the person who hit us, who has no insurance, and said was not injured is suing us. Everyone just went on what the police report stated with nothing to back it up. I can’t understand what the point of them even taking our case. There are personal injury attorneys everywhere. We could chosen anyone but we chose this firm. What a mistake. Wish I could give zero stars ……
