What is this guy doing filing cases in the wrong counties and also proceeding without having the other party served? Pretty dishonest. He used to be the juvenile court prosecution and was mean to those kids. Now he’s the city attorney as well as child support enforcement attorney?Maybe he should check out his custodial parent applications for fraud before he looks foolish in court. I would use him for family law that’s about it. But Rick Brown attorney at law in Whitfield would be the best choice. He told me once he rather not go against him. Make sure you serve the respondants and file in the correct county.
