If you go with this firm do no go with Matthew Rowland. First issue the person I did the intake with was not my lawyer. This firm assigned a lawyer living in Florida to my case. He has done nothing but delay the case and ignore my request at every turn. I came to them with a simple straight forward divorce. I had all of the assets, and had a fair offer for the settlement. All the firm needed to do was process the paperwork, and bring the offer to my ex. It took the 6 months to do that. They have charged me for multiple things that were not done or unrelated to case. They have delayed so much I have had to complain three separate times to the senior attorney John Kelly. I was suppose to get a new lawyer but then Mr. Rowland inexplicably got the things done he had been delaying, then went right back to no contact and doing nothing. Then periods of charging for the paperwork I created and generated because he didn’t do it. I have paid over 4000 dollars for them to do draft the form for them to be my lawyer and one conversation with my ex. And I’m still not divorced!!!!! Do not use this firm if you want fair lawyers, do not use this firm if you want equitable practices, Do not use this firm if you get Matthe Rowland as an attorney.
