Michael Gavin wrote a very threatening letter for his client to place into my mailbox and claims that it was just a standard collections letter. I owe no money to Gavin’s client and I have also done nothing illegal. This is by definition extortion and police were immediately notified. As a lawyer one would expect him to know the laws better but fortunately enough for me the Minnesota court system handled everything just fine.
I laugh at these reviews written by non-clients….I would hope the people who this law firm goes up against in litigation and court aren’t happy with them. I however, know Ben personally, and he is the first person I would go when needing legal help – the poor reviews of people who were on the other side prove just how effective he and his associates are.
