Angi and her team were patient when I didn’t get to things as quickly as I probably would under normal circumstances, and excellent at guiding me, very clearly, through the complex processes of real estate transactions. Astoundingly frustrating experience. They didn’t seem to actually care about the problem. They gave conflicting advice, didn’t prepare for meetings, didn’t seem to communicate internally about billing (i.e “you won’t be charged” then you get charged), and we ended up after several thousand dollars burned in a worse position than if we didn’t hire them at all.
