I reached out to F&W based on great reviews, and this is another one. Since I can’t be very descriptive here about specifics, mine was an especially difficult situation involving Oakland rent law, a highly unusual and difficult individual and early covid when navigating the legal system was extremely murky. I had the good fortune of working with Angie, a fantastic lawyer and even better person, who took the time I needed, regularly, to help me understand my options when the future was anything but clear. Although my case took its toll on me personally, as all such cases do to people, were it not for her and her aide Marena, I’m certain it would have been so much harder. They did everything they could, including, I’m sure, numerous calls and meetings I wasn’t even made aware of, working on my behalf to get the thing settled. It’s successfully settled now, and that was the goal. I’m extremely grateful to F&W in general and Angie in particular, and very highly recommend them!
