My experience with attorney Myra Fleischer has been deeply disappointing and has had devastating consequences for my family. Despite her initial assurances, Myra failed to effectively represent my case and, more importantly, failed my children. One of the biggest red flags was her encouragement to send my kids to a fraudulent and & highly controversial reunification camp, which resulted in a 90-day no contact order. Fortunately, SB 331 (Piqui’s Law) passed in CA. These despicable reunification camps have now been banned in Arizona, California, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Utah based on Kayden’s Law. Myra’s lack of knowledge in regards to these camps and her reckless decision has led to nearly three years of zero contact with my two children.
Thats right Nala Paloverde! I hired one attorney and got shuffled around from person to person to go through my retainer and absolutely NOTHING was done on my behalf, did not even file 1 document for me, not prepared for hearings either. They only wanted to go against me and after they robbed me of thousands, had the audacity to admit it, and ask for more money. Absolutely unethical!
Run away from this firm as fast as possible! Myra’s office will churn your account, they will pay interns to do work they should do, they won’t keep you informed, even as you’re heading to court! They were not prepared and they did not prepare me. They are phonies. They are not available and arrogant when they are. I eventually had to leave this firm and the next firm was disgusted by the chaos they inherited.
