If you are a firefighter then beware. This firm is referred by the City of Buffalo Professional Firefighters Local 282 but this has been reported to the US Dept of Justice as part of a Racketeering Scheme whereupon the firm claims to do a review of your case, tells the firefighter they have no case in order to discourage further action, and then the City follows up with a BRIP buyout to try to talk the firefighter out of proceeding with NYSLRS. In short, they will take your money and then claim you have no case, when you do. In short, we believe they are scam artists.
