I needed a divorce attorney and I’m the type of person to ask around before hiring anyone. I basically kept hearing “Hire Joe”. I’m very glad i did. Joe is a master when it comes to his craft. Fortunately up until this point I’ve never needed to hire an attorney and I’m very happy with the services of attorney Fischer. He is very level headed and extremely knowledgeable. Keep in mind that no attorney is cheap but Joe was always thinking of the cost at the end and not trying to run up the price for minor trivial issues. Its was very evident throughout the case that he is a man on a mission and want to get things done and over with and not drag anything out. I used him for both my divorce and a separate estate probate case….at the same time. With both case going on he always carried through with everything and never really missed a beat with anything. He tells it like it is and doesn’t beat around the bush and overpromise anything. Everything with both the estate and divorce went exactly as they should have. The only thing I will mention is that he is extremely busy. Correspondence can sometimes me a bit on the thin side but it never impacted the result of either case. Both paralegals, in the office, are very good as well and have excellent communication. I would highly recommend hiring attorney Fischer for any of your legal needs.
Atty Fischer I would not recommend – highly unmotivated and sends a bill for minimal work towards your case. I had a traffic case with zero physical evidence and he was too lazy to take it to trial. So lazy, in fact, that he knew nothing about myself on the day of the final court date and got crucial points patently false. Literally the dog ate his homework kinda guy in the courtroom
