Another unhappy “client” here. I was in an accident at the end of January and spoke with Martinkus. He seemed to care about my case and assured me that he would help me. Fast forward to SEPTEMBER and I still have no information. I have never had any kind of legal dealings, so I was unsure what to expect with time frames. I have had to email or call multiple times for anyone to even get back to me. Should have been a quick case…I was hit by a drunk driver with insurance. This has just been an absolute nightmare. I wish I would have spoken to another law firm, but I feel it is too late at this point.
