I am very disappointed in my service I received. I trusted these people after dealing with them in a previous matter but this time I got screwed over. I started physical therapy with the office they suggested and my insurance wasn’t accepted. After a month I had a meeting with the lawyer and they told me the other parties insurance wasn’t verified yet. I continued to go to therapy for another few weeks and was contacted saying the other party didn’t have insurance, my case was being dropped. Now I am stuck with a therapy bill that I will be paying for the rest of my life because of 18% interest rate. Times are hard and I just wish I would have never even put myself in this situation.
