I am so glad to hear Crystal Green is no longer working here as she is the worst excuse for a paralegal aid I have ever had to experience. She never returned my phone call let alone passed on the case information to anyone else still working in the office what a lazy desk attended. Best place for her to find a job is in the orchard because her customer service skills which is none xistent what so ever. This business should take her to court for loss of business! She was also eating while talking only big backs do that kind of lazy unprofessional activities at work at 10a.m how many meal breaks do you need my god!
I wouldn’t recommend this law group to my worst enemy. I was using equal justice for divorce, child custody and support and I had to switch to a better lawyer. They seem to be focusing heavily on immigration to boost their rating. Don’t be fooled. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THEM!!!
Staff is very friendly, and helpful through a process I’ve never had to, nor wanted to experience. I’ve never felted like I’ve asked a dumb question, or called with worry-wart concerns. I’ve sent emails with questions or concerns after I got home from work (5-6pm), many times have gotten responses back within minutes, or by end of the following day.
