By far the most unprofessional law firm I’ve ever encountered. I called Mr Epstein to see if he could handle a case for me regarding a non paying client of mine and initially he was very responsive and told me he could handle the case. He asked me to send him all the info and documents regarding the case and he would get to work on it. A month and a half went by and tried to contact him back on numerous occasions with no luck. Finally after trying again a week later I got a response and was told all my emails were going to his junk folder. He asked me again if I wanted to proceed and he would send his retainer agreement. I responded and told him yes I would like to proceed since this has been going on for way too long and it needed to be dealt with immediately. Here we are 3 months later, still never got the retainer agreement, I’ve sent over numerous emails and left numerous voicemails. Very very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!
Andrew took his time to help me with some information about issues we are having with a purchase and the lot getting cleared by the county without permission he took his time to help guide me in the right direction
