This is Barbara Shaw. My experience with this particular arbitrator (Mr. Dwyer) was so horrific. My ex-husband had been found to be not credible in a court of New Jersey Family Law, he also had been denied any payment reductions by the Appellate Court, and he was ordered to pay my attorney fees for this action. Following this I agreed to engage in a binding arbitration with my ex-husband.
Elliot is a great attorney. Elliot is very professional, straightforward, supportive, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend using him. Thank you.
DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM FOR YOUR DIVORCE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. My experience with this law firm was absolutely horrendous!!! Mr. Bachman and his firm are a prime example of the corruption in our legal system. He is a thief, lies under oath to save his own skin and the reason why so many people have a distaste for attorneys. If you are foolish enough to retain him, my best advice is “less is more”. The less he knows about your finances the better off you will be. Mr. Bachman has demonstrated his ability to be manipulative, unethical, and untrustworthy. Do not trust him to represent your best interests in your divorce. Mr. Bachman and Mr. Dwyer have no interest other than to take your money. Please stay away from this firm. You will regret it, I sure do. The biggest mistake of my life was to trust Mr. Bachman and his firm to represent my best interests in my divorce. I am forced to put 1 star to just to be able to post and warn others of these predators. I can not emphasize it enough…DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM FOR YOUR DIVORCE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. If you need proof, please contact me, your head will spin. What Mr. Bachman did to me will hopefully change your mind about retaining this firm.
