Jay was rude, unprofessional and even adversarial when being asked for advisement during a consultation. Maybe he wasn’t interested in helping so he gave bad advice? Not sure but it was a strange and negative experience overall. Go somewhere else if you need sound advice from a professional who is ready to help or point you in the right direction because unfortunately, you will not find that with Jay.
This place is a joke. For being a law firm their paperwork looks like a 2 yr old did it. And who doesn’t use their law firm as a letterhead come on now lol . Unprofessional and pathetic
I will serve the 90 day notice and now the landlord and her family are trying to threaten me and put hands on me and Jay S Duskin has done nothing about it even though he was the one hand and 90 day notice so I’m pressing charges against you guys tell your clients to stop trying to assault me thank you
