Amazing staff
I hired Rachel Sanders to represent me in a Legal case. She was extremely unresponsive I did not answer emails in a timely fashion. She did not take calls and did not return calls. Additionally she was supposed to file a motion in court and then did not file it instead we’re on vacation and one came back made excuses why she did not file it. She then refused to file the motion that I requested and insulted me. When I confronted her about the lack of communication and other issues, she withdrew from my case. I do not recommend this law firm.
I can’t say enough positive things about this law practice. After putting off writing wills, POA’s, etc., everyone here made it extremely easy to do and gave us peace of mind with the entire process. Mr. McElroy is one of the most down to earth attorney’s I’ve ever met. Robin, Rachel, and Drew are wonderful. (I’m embarrased to say I can not remember the other attorney’s name right now, but she was wonderful to speak with.)
