Dow Weekes, a Bankruptcy Attorney in Draper, Utah, has received mixed reviews from clients. While some past experiences were satisfactory, recent feedback highlights significant concerns regarding poor customer service, high costs, and a lack of effective communication. Overall, many reviewers express disappointment and caution others against choosing Weekes Law for bankruptcy assistance.
Let me start by stating that I never give reviews. However, Weeks law service deemed such for the exception. Weekes law, they’re very expensive and very poor in every single category that you would require from a Bankruptcy Firm. One of the attorneys that showed to represent me in court physically tried to fight me after a disagreement he and I had about documents. I was treated with such disrespect by the Weekes Firm and constantly made to feel as if I were crazy. My case was passed between so many paralegals that I constantly had to keep reiterating my case and where this case stood over and over. They basically took my money and put me in a phone tag matrix. At a time in your life when you need to trust in the information and the system in general, Weekes law becomes WEAKS LAW, what a big waste of $2800. I’m worst off after walking into their office. Just more bottom feeder in suits! I wouldn’t even give Weekes Law 1 star, however I had to for the post option to appear. lol
Do not plan on doing your bankruptcy with them. They are a joke. I went through them 2 years ago and it was good. But now my mom is wanting to go through them and they have received scheduled 4 times now even tho obviously bankruptcy is time sensitive. They have poor customer service now.
