Great attorney! Highly recommend.

I am a recent widow of a disabled Vietnam veteran, and a grieving mother who moved to Florida three years ago. In my loneliness and insomnia, I went to a bar near my home and had one drink. I was drugged and remember nothing for 24 hours until waking up in jail with a DUI. I was forced to wear an alcohol monitor for 13 months and chose a jury trial due to the fact that I was a victim here. Mr. Simon did not represent me well and told me to answer yes and no only. I was found guilty and spent two horrific months in jail! I am losing everything… absolutely everything, over this. I took excellent care of my veteran husband, served society and my country as best I could, raised a beautiful family, and then was thrown to the wolves in court by Mr. Simon (all after opening five credit cards to pay him money I did not have). Definitely not recommended!
