Many clients express satisfaction with the professionalism, empathy, and thoroughness of the attorneys, particularly highlighting the support provided during challenging divorce proceedings. While some reviews mention high costs, the overall sentiment reflects a positive experience with responsive communication and effective legal counsel, making it a recommended choice for those navigating family law matters.
My experience with this law firm was unfortunately frustrating, disorganized, and far below expectations. From the beginning, I was led to believe that I would be working directly with the attorney I consulted with. Instead, my case was unexpectedly handed off to another attorney with no prior notice or introduction. Communication was consistently delayed or altogether lacking, despite timely payments and repeated follow-ups on my part.
They are too expensive. Even when all parties are not contesting and there are no assets, no disputes whatsoever, they still charge a lot. Worse, they have outrageous tasks designed to bankrupt you. They draft a document, they charge you. They make a mistake while drafting this said doc, they charge you again for their own mistakes. And many other ridiculous unnecessary redundant tasks, because more tasks means more reasons to bill you, so they manufacture more tasks. Funny, it was the reviews from this Google map and their ad that influenced me to choose them. I regret them.
I hired this law firm to process my divorce. They practically rushed the process and didn’t defend me the way they could have.It seemed they were working more with my ex’s lawyer than with me. After the court hearing they didn’t file the appropriate paperwork to get my divorce decree but decided to send me a bill for hours they didn’t work for. After explaining this to them on the phone multiple times and they finally said okay they saw my point of view, I receive notification that they have sent the balance to collections.
