As one can see I’m military. My job in Iraq was biometrics on the Iraq side of the base, to locate and catch terrorist. I take my responsibility to this country and my oath very seriously. Injured and disabled I was medically retired in 2013, (deployed 2010) I volunteered to stay, even volunteered for disarming bombs. My injuries were heartbreaking, stopping me from my pledged duties. Upon returning to the states I purchased my home… all was great for 8-9 years. A investor moved in on vacant property, in collusion with the city, “legal evidence submitted in court in form of text messages between city manager, and investor”. Suddenly I’m in land dispute with investor; and a 911 call stating I’m shooting at investor, for 2nd time, and told I’m planting bombs. I take terrorism seriously. Filing false police reports is a serious matter when it involves terrorism. The 911 audio called in with investor laughing, on top of the police report I insisted on,”because investor only wanted a report and no investigation” … police report detail points out fallacies in investors statement showing the filing of a false police report. Prosecuting attorney refuses to do their job.. terrorism is serious and a false report enhances the prison sentence. This lackadaisical prosecutors attitude Denys governments primary responsibility to keep it’s citizens safe and secure. I’m guilty of terrorism, or the investor is guilty of filing a false police report. NO HONEST MISTAKE HERE WITH PLANTING BOMBS REPORTED AND SHOOTING AT INVESTOR TWICE. “CORRUPTION” in this local government has been long suspected. I didn’t give it much weight until recently. Investor or myself… there should be a stand taken by the prosecutor to arrest one of us, and take a terrorist off the streets. My opinion is investor is a domestic terrorist calling in false reports that could lead to local citizen chaos. But I’m used to dealing with terrorist and know I’m not one so I could be biased. I simply know the prosecutor appears to show an appearance of impropriety that makes the office look corrupt.
Watched him refuse to do his job.
