Fair and helpful
I don’t know the gentleman’s name in the DAs office, but he’s a younger gentleman. He helped me with two dismissals. I had never been I. This situation before so naturally I didn’t know what all I was meant to do. And being an adult my mom doesn’t do everything for me. He was extremely kind and I very much appreciate his help.
If someone has wronged you criminally, don’t expect much, even they have multiple counts, and especially if they’re a “first time offender”. Deals made behind closed doors between lawyers. No jail time. It’s a joke and a total waste of time. No justice for victims. You’re on your own around here so act accordingly.
