Reviews may be erased…However…Poor performance. Very disappointed, poor communication, reset court dates, very little counsel. People please do your research and choose wisely. In my opinion….Integrity means everything when you’re seeking wise counsel. Would absolutely not Recommend this person to anyone looking for a professional lawyer to represent them, especially not with family law.

It’s completely strange that he has the money to erase all the bad reviews that were on google, but WILL NOT DO WHAT HE PROMISES. I hired Mr. Settle during the pandemic and it was always an excuse. Okay so.. after a few meetings, delayed responses from the receptionist, and no results I started to do some research (I know. Should’ve done this in the beginning). Come to find out he got into some trouble mishandling money with the county. Smh. The reviews on google used to show exactly what I’ve encountered with this practice, receiving the run around, court dates constantly reset even after I asked not to, him trying to make me plead guilty or take a deal when I did not want to, he sends his help to court and they DO NOT know what is going on, he’s always talking like his other cases are major and your case is of NO priority.. but he is quick to take that “little” money. Very sad.
