Absolutely the biggest swindling lawyer I’ve heard of in a long time. Denice is currently being investigated by the AZ State Bar due to accepting a case without thorough investigation. The case in question involves an already existing POA, an already existing lawyer, and an entire family of witnesses who have been involved for years. Denice Shepherd has chosen to be hired by a grifter who is not in his right mind, has never had a job, is 75 years old, and who has said that dead people are telling him to hire her so he can hold his brothers (who has dementia) money. Maybe Denice Shepherd also has dementia and should retire before embarrassing herself and her “law firm” any further.
