These folks have no clue when comes to serving the victims. Unbelievable lack of empathy and emotional intelligence. They literally act as if they are there to serve the criminals, while blindly walking over the victims with no sense of what they are doing. Someone needs to educate and train these people. It is beyond comprehension.
They are doing an amazing job.
